Learning about Learning is a webinar that introduces therapists to an area many of us haven't considered, but is a fundamental facet of education for those who teach. 

Experienced teacher and author Jon Tibke delves into the science of learning, whilst addressing some of the myths that surround us regarding how we learn and how the brain works.

Jon Tibke PhD, MSTA

For over 30 years, Jon worked in education, enjoying a career that spanned teaching, school leadership, roles at three universities and international consultancy. His book Why the Brain Matters: A Teacher Explores Neuroscience was published in 2019 and he has presented research at international conferences on different aspects of learning, including professional learning. In recent years he has taken this interest into the field of physical therapy, developing his own knowledge and skills as a therapist and setting up Personal Best Therapy. A lifelong runner, he is currently trying to keep in shape for masters sprinting.
